As a Property Marketing Executive, you will be tasked to responsible in the overall sales performance of assigned projects and properties. 

Job Description 

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible in the overall sales performance of assigned projects and/ or properties
2. Identify sales opportunities, formulate and develop effective sales strategies in line with the group sales objectives.
3. Drive prospects to conversions.
4. Effectively communicate through appropriate technology platforms and marketing campaigns online.
5. Evaluate and understand the need of consumer market and demand.
6. Propose and execute recommendations for improvement in various initiatives involving brand
7. Putting together various online promotions and emailing campaigns to get their company’s message out.
8. Optimize content for website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
9. To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required.
10. Any other duty and responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of SPM.
2. An advantage if have Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Real Estate or Equivalent.
3. 21 years – 44 years old
4. Have computer knowledge and online marketing skills and willing to learn. 
5. 5 working days and be able to work during weekend and public holidays. (If necessary)
6. Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Malay. 
7. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally . 
8. Self-motivated, positive and ability to deliver result even the going gets tough.
9. Preferred at least 1 year of relevant experience in property sales/property developer/banking/finance/marketing/sales/real estate industries
10. Fresh grads that are hungry to learn are welcomed!
11. Must have own transport (At least motorcycle)
12. Must stay around or willing to travel in Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Damansara or nearby area since we are based in Damansara.
